I’m a Creative Director with over a decade of experience leading teams to create products that are not only innovative but also bring joy to consumers. My career has been a colorful mix of creative vision, strategic direction, and team empowerment, with a little bit of humor and a lot of passion thrown in. From brainstorming sessions to product launches, I believe that great work comes from an environment that encourages creativity, collaboration, and just a dash of fun.

Over the years, I’ve had the pleasure of collaborating with powerhouse brands like Disney, Netflix, and Sanrio to bring their iconic worlds to life through product development and licensed merchandise. A few of my proudest moments include leading the development of Nightmare Before Christmas Baking Kits, which not only captured the essence of Halloween but also achieved a 92% sell-through rate at Walmart for two years straight. I’ve also played a key role in the rebranding, creation, and launch of several successful new food brands that have been featured in major retailers like Walmart, JoAnn, Michael’s, and Amazon—as well as private labeling for major retailers like Kroger, Target, and Walmart.

While I’m results-driven and strategic, I also believe that the best work comes from teams that are given the space to experiment and have fun. I’m proud to lead a diverse team of product designers, packaging designers, food scientists, interns, and project managers, all while fostering a creative, inclusive, and occasionally quirky culture. Whether it’s leading client meetings, managing trade shows, collaborating with cross-functional teams, or solving creative challenges, I thrive in environments where everyone can contribute their unique ideas and talents.

And let’s not forget—I’ve won our office costume contest 8 years in a row, so I might just have a bit of a knack for standing out and making things fun. (I promise, it’s not just about the costumes, but they do help!)

At the end of the day, I’m all about delivering exceptional results while making sure my team and clients enjoy the process. Creativity doesn’t just happen—it’s nurtured, cultivated, and yes, sometimes it involves a little fun along the way.
