The GingerSnap: Reusable Plastic Gingerbread House

Through team brainstorming, we set out to solve the common frustrations of gingerbread house decorating: broken pieces, assembly challenges, and the fact that most gingerbread houses go uneaten. The result? The Gingersnap!—a reusable, snap-together plastic gingerbread house that’s indistinguishable from a traditional gingerbread house once decorated.

The Gingersnap assembles in six simple snaps, stays securely in place, and is crafted from food-safe plastic that can be decorated just like real gingerbread. When the season’s over, it can be washed, disassembled, and stored flat until next year. It’s been such a hit with consumers that they’re using it year-round, from Valentine's "Love Shacks" to Easter birdhouses, summer surf shacks, and Halloween haunted houses.
