Innovative Dog Baking Mixes
In response to the growing "pet humanization" trend, I led the development of a new line of dog baking mixes aimed at pet owners who want to treat their pets to high-quality, indulgent products. My approach combined market trend research with an understanding of consumer behavior to create a product line that felt both innovative and relevant.

I oversaw the entire branding process, ensuring the visual identity was fun, bright, and inviting, while also aligning with the overall feel of our family of brands. This cohesive branding strategy not only resonated with pet owners but also made the products stand out in a competitive market. I also conducted market research on competitors, analyzing pricing structures and product offerings to ensure our mixes were both competitive and unique. This research helped refine our pricing strategy and highlight what made our product line stand out in a crowded market.

The line launched with three mixes, with ongoing development to expand the offerings and continue tapping into emerging trends in the pet industry.
